CANCELLATION POLICY

I require 48 hours notice of cancellation. Cancellations that occur within 48 hours of service will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the service. Cancellations that occur within 24 hours of service and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. Only children who are receiving a service are permitted to be in the salon suite.
